Lady Tracey Adebowale-Jones is the Patron of HorseHeard and a member of the management committee.
Tracey comes from an eclectic employment background that ranges from community development work, mental health, teaching –( life skill stress and anxiety management, assertiveness), NVQ assessment and third sector/NHS partnership development through to reflexolgy, equine massage and photography. Her passion has always been about exploring how to bring about positive change to the lives of those who feel disempowered through circumstance, health, mental distress or simply being human in an ever complex, challenging and automated world. She writes poetry, is published on the subject of mental health and education, clinical governance in the third sector, psychiatry creative writing and mental health and has a long list of national speaking experiences. Tracey is co-founder of Leadership in Mind – a leadership development consultancy – which combines many of the principles and philosophies close to her heart A belief in the power of the horse to help heal the human has long been in Tracey’s mindset, being part of an organisation that actively promotes this principle is both exciting and challenging.
Tracey is the very proud mother to a TB mare Phoenix, Lacy the Falabella x, 5 guinea pigs, 1 rabbit, an 8 year old daughter, and a 19 year old step-son.
