Roz studied Business and Finance with French at Birmingham City University and has had a varied career in Account Management, Business Development and Studio Management. During a career break she spent five years working in the voluntary sector, working as a helper for Riding for the Disabled (RDA) and supporting the work of local outreach charity Just Around the Corner (JAC).
Roz worked for a year in the Academic Resource Centre of Henley Business School supporting MBA and DBA students. Discovering a passion for leadership development, she ran The Henley Partnership senior leadership development programme for five years – leaving in 2013 to pursue her other passion of working with animals.
Roz is convinced of the power of animals – in particular dogs and horses – to facilitate the development of leadership skills, by helping people discover how to behave calmly and assertively. Through her own personal experience, she strongly believes and advocates that living with balanced energy leads to more fulfilment and satisfaction – and enhances the lives of others around you.
